Can you be a Mom and a technology leader?

It's always been known, I think there was a study done over 20 years ago, that due to managing a household with multiple layers - human resources, finances, budget, equipment/tools, growing personnel - that women are excellent project managers for IT. That said, are more than capable to be leaders in IT. We not only understand the language and technical working of IT but we also have a better view of pulling the strengths of those on a team to reach the end goal.
