On April 23, Congress approved the second $484 billion COVID relief package that increases funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), by authorizing an additional $310 billion in loans to be disbursed to small businesses.  The package also includes $60 billion for small business disaster loans and grants, $75 billion for hospitals, and $25 billion for increased coronavirus testing.
