City Launches Corpus Christi 311 Customer Call Center

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi is proud to launch a new 311 Customer Call Center that makes it easier for customers to report non-emergencies issues or ask questions about city services.
311 is a major technology upgrade and is a critical part of our overall effort to modernize City operations. The new Customer Call System will streamline our processes to improve response times, limit phone transfers, and reduce non-emergency calls to 911
There are now three ways to create a service request: a new mobile device app (Apple and Google), the 311-web portal, and the 311 Customer Call Center available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Corpus Christi now joins other major Texas cities that embrace emerging technology in their Customer Call Center. The 311 system replaces old technology with an easy-to-remember number that connects residents to a highly trained customer service agent.
