I am the Chief Community Officer at CompTIA, and CEO of CompTIA Spark, the social innovation and impact arm of CompTIA, the leading trade association for the global technology industry. With over 30 years of experience in IT, 25 as an MSP and CompTIA member, I am a passionate and engaging executive who focuses on raising the impact of the tech industry, its members, and inspiring youth to become digitally literate and confident.
As the public face of CompTIA membership, I lead a team of professionals who handle membership recruitment, retention, marketing, engagement, and programs. I also serve as an advocate for members and the industry, acting as a liaison between them and the association.
As the CEO of CompTIA Spark, I lead a team of professional who are focused on bringing innovative learning opportunities to middle-school youth to inspire confidence and gain the skills necessary to explore whatever career they may choose. We believe that every business is a technology business and inspiring future generations is critical for global economic prosperity and security.
Additionally, I am a published and industry-recognized cybersecurity expert, who led the formation of the CompTIA Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO), sharing critical cyber threat intelligence among IT service providers and MSPs. My mission is to empower and enable members and youth to grow, thrive, and make a positive impact in the world through tech.
